    I just watched this one. I'm confused about a couple things. *SPOILERS* What's with the flashbacks of Tsubasa's dad or stepdad or whoever (the guy in the flowered shirt)? Were they lovers? I feel like I must have missed something. And then at the end, is Tsubasa a brain-damaged catatonic vegetable? Or just paralyzed?

    I hate these downer-endings. Why can't all BL movies end like Go Go G-boys? With everyone wearing angel wings and dazzling smiles while performing catchy pop songs...

      Yes I think they were lovers (Tsubasa and the flowered-shirt man) but he was also his step-father,and after he dies Tsuabasa feels it was his fault. But wasn't his step-father sleeping with another man?
      As for the end; I don't know either. This movie raises more questions than it answers!

      You know what, I'm ashamed to say that I don't remember this film that well! Although I am certain that Tsubasa and his stepdad were lovers (as Anon-san said already ^-^) and regarding the ending...it's very unclear but I think it's safe to assume that Tsubasa quality of life has been drastically lowered :(
      I totally agree with you Jenna! More BL films should end with an upbeat, catchy pop song...even when it's not appropriate ehehe xD
